To celebrate the reopening of New York and Father’s Day, Pat Labez, in collaboration with Step Forward Entertainment, will be offering a Father’s Day afternoon at a special book signing of Turn on the possibilities.
Ignite the possibilities is a compilation of stories from individuals around the world sharing their soul-awakening âIgnite Momentâ. These real life changing stories will inspire and empower the reader, maybe even help to find a bigger purpose and rekindle dreams.
Three of the contributing authors will be at the book signing event – Dr. Yasmine Saad, Guy Fortt and Pat Labez – with live musical numbers provided by the talent of Step Forward Entertainment and other guest artists.

Pat Labez, event producer for this book signing celebration, is also an award-winning short film producer, actor, and health and seniors advocate who loves to inspire, create, and empower others. Pat was born in the Philippines and raised in Hawaii where her television work began in local commercials in Hawaii and with the original Magnum PI, Island Son and Jake and the Fatman television series, all on CBS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and has worked in long-term care administration and human resource management. Her fortuitous return to show business in recent years has heightened her desire to help others rekindle their dreams and live happier lives, regardless of her age. After a 30-year hiatus, Pat was recently seen in the hit TV series New Amsterdam on NBC and Blue blood on CBS. She also shot an in-flight commercial, just wrapped up an HBO MAX TV show, and planned two episodes in a new Apple TV series. In addition, Pat has performed live at Green Room 42 and the Triad Theater; and co-produced virtual cabaret shows during the pandemic, including a benefit for The Actors Fund’s COVID-19 relief program. Kea Chan has been described as “Breathtaking by BroadwayWorld.com and Times Square Chronicles on t2conline.com advertised her as “an artist to watch”. The native of the Philippines recently performed in a live virtual concert titled Celebrate love with Kea Chan and Kayla Merrow, broadcast on MetropolitanZoom. During the lockdown, she made numerous appearances in streaming benefit concerts, highlighted by an appearance in The Actors Fund benefit concert celebrating the music of Neil Sedaka. She also appeared in the Amazon Prime TV series, City of homicides and UES of the Bronx; and in the award-winning short film Howard. Kea has appeared in several concerts at Green Room 42 as well as at the Hudson Guild Theater, Triad Theater and Feinstein’s 54 Below in New York; and two hotels in Las Vegas. Finalist for the lead role of Kim in the Broadway revival of Miss Saigon, Kea had the honor of singing for the Presidents and Ambassadors of the Philippines, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Performing since the age of 11, Kea won the Philippine Child Performer of the Year award at age 13.
Kayla Merrow recently performed with Kea Chan in a virtual concert live on Metropolitan zoom titled Kea Chan & Kayla Merrow Celebrate Love! Prior to that, she made her professional debut in the concert on the same platform titled Look to tomorrow last summer; and can be seen now in the on-demand streaming benefit concert for The Actors Fund celebrating the music of Neil Sedaka. This 20-year-old professional actor / singer / dancer is still in college while competing for professional jobs. She has performed as a guest singer in several shows and competitions. Some of his favorite roles have been as the fabulous Reno Sweeney in All is well, and the mysterious Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family Musical.
Justin Senense is an American actor / singer of Filipino descent who has appeared in numerous theatrical productions and starred in the award-winning independent short, Howard. He also performed and wowed audiences in The Green Room 42 and the Triad Theater in New York City. During the lockdown period, Justin praised the benefit concert for The Actors Fund celebrating the music of Neil Sedaka, as well as performing and directing two other virtual productions. Some of her favorite credits include, Angel in Rental (Westchester Broadway Theater), Benjamin in Joseph and the incredible Technicolor dream coat (National tour) and Hair (Tour of Italy).
Anthony Salvador Lewis is still celebrating the release of his latest single, AMSTERDAM, written by famous songwriters Michael William Dulaney and Chris Farren. Anthony is a graduate of the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute and is an accomplished actor / singer who was recently seen on TV shows. Tommy (CBS); Billion (Show time); Alternative (Central comedy); in the recurring role of Journalist Jerry in Marvel’s daredevil and Luke Cage (NETFLIX), both released on Disney +. In the cinema, he recently had the major supporting role of Father Matos in the feature film thriller, Dementia 13. Anthony is a beloved singer in the Filipino community and has broadened his fan base with his performances in The Green Room 42 and Triad Theater, and the success of his single, AMSTERDAM.
Bobby DeLeon was the musical and keyboard director on the two recent concerts Kea Chan and Kayla Merrow Celebrate Love! and Look to tomorrow with Kea Chan, Kayla Merrow and Denise Kara, as well as accompanist of numerous concerts. He is an extraordinary musical director, arranger and international pianist who plays entirely by ear! Bobby has directed shows for some of the most prominent Filipino stars and artists, in the United States and abroad, and is a frequently sought-after pianist for some of New York’s best dining experiences.
