Livingston Public Library: Message from the Director: Book Vibes with Author Wendy Wax

August 8, 2021

Livingston Library Community,

Are you a book lover ready to take your summer reading experience to the next level? If you enjoy reading and discussing new and trending titles with other readers, Livingston Public Library invites you to join our Bookish Vibes book club. During our virtual meeting on Thursday August 19 at 7 p.m., we will discuss The breaking book club by Wendy Wax – who will be joining our discussion! Readers will enjoy an intimate Zoom discussion and the opportunity to ask Wendy Wax questions about her book, the writing process, and more.

The breaking book club is a story of female friendship where four women who struggle in various areas of their lives come together by joining a book club. Here they discover the courage they need to pursue their dreams. Named one of the ‘Best Beach Reads’ of 2021 by Bustle, Country Living, Cosmopolitan, Augusta Chronicle, E! Online, PureWow and SheReads, this title is the perfect book to take with you on your trip to the seaside or swimming pool in the town of Livingston!

Participants are not required to read The breaking book club, and are invited to come ready to discuss one of Wax’s novels. You can read more about Wax’s other works through this article on the library blog.

Registration is mandatory and can be done via the Library events calendar, here. The day before the event, an email will be sent to you with information on how to access the Zoom group.
